Easton Boys Soccer Pick Up Road Win At Parkside

Salisbury, MD – The Easton boys soccer team remained undefeated on the season after picking up a road win at previously unbeaten Parkside 5-1. The win improves the Warriors to 4-0, while the loss drops the Rams too 4-1.

The Rams jumped out to an early lead, finding the back of the net 10 minutes into the match. The Warriors would have an answer, as Carlos Hernandez would score a couple straight goals for his team to take the lead. The first came off a cross from the left side that he would send in, and the second came off a fast break where he beat his defender one on one and sent a gorgeous shot far post just past the arms of Rams goalie Justin Wilson

Wilson though and the Parkside defense would bounce back from their slow start to come up with a number of impressive plays to keep the score within one. The Warriors kept pushing though, and were able to push their lead to 3-1 before half after Elias Renderos would send a volley over the goalie and in.

Easton kept up the attack in the second half as they would close it out for the win. The Rams are back in action a week from Thursday when they host James M. Bennett, while the Warriors return to action on Monday when they travel to play Kent Island.
