Delmar Storms Back To Defeat Seaford

Seaford, DE.- The Delmar Wildcats boys soccer team snuck out of Seaford with a 2-1 win Thursday night.

Seaford got on the board 13 minutes in when Peterson Janvier got a great cross pass from Pierre Madeus, and buried a header right past the keeper. After some tough play, the Blue Jays would go into the half with a 1-0 lead.

Early in the second half is where Delmar began their comeback. Koy Langless took a deep thru pass right down the middle and blasted a shot past Seaford keeper Chris Hernandez. With the score tied up 1-1, and 12 minutes remaining, Trey Lecates took a pass from the corner and buried another past Hernandez, the game winner.

The Wildcats improve their record to 2-2, while Seaford falls to 2-3.
