UPDATE: Missing Dover man located

DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police have issued a Green Alert for a missing Dover man.

Police say 28-year-old David Garavito is an active duty member of the military and was last seen in the Harrington area on Wednesday. Attempts to contact or locate Garavito have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for his safety and well-being.

Garavito is described as being approximately 5’7″ tall, approximately 150 to 160 pounds, with black hair and green eyes. There is no clothing description available.
