UPDATE: DOC: Delaware inmate in custody after walk-away
GEORGETOWN, Del. – A Sussex County inmate was arrested after DOC officials say he did not return from an approved work pass last week.
The Delaware Department of Correction says on Friday, Ezekiel Sullivan, an inmate at Sussex Community Corrections Center (SCCC) in Georgetown, was arrested by the Wilmington Police Department. Authorities say Sullivan was wanted after he did not return from an approved work pass on September 1.
The 25-year-old was serving time for violation of probation: burglary third degree.
An escape after conviction warrant was executed by SCCC staff.
