UPDATE: Cambridge woman guilty in Dorchester County murder case
CAMBRIDGE, Md. – A woman was found guilty for her role in the fatal shooting of a man at their shared residence in Maryland.
47ABC’s Taylor Lumpkin reports that Lasonya Sargent was found guilty on all counts including first degree murder, second degree murder, assault in the first degree and the use of the firearm. Friday marks day five of Sargent’s trial in Dorchester County.
The charges stem from the fatal shooting that resulted in the death of Sharod Mack. The incident happened at a Wood Duck Drive residence on January 30.
A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled for this case.
