UPDATE: Victim identified in Salisbury homicide investigation

Investigators have identified the victim of a Wicomico County shooting after they say the 29-year-old was shot multiple times.

Maryland State Police identified 29-year-old Shawn Goslee Johnson, of Fruitland, as the victim of a shooting that happened in Salisbury. Troopers say shortly after 7:30 PM, investigators responded to the 600 block of Priscilla Street for a report of an apparent homicide. Police say Johnson was shot multiple times.

Authorities report that the 29-year-old was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center where he died. The Victim's body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy.

Law enforcement says no arrests have been made in this case.

This case remains under investigation by the MSP Homicide Unit and the Salisbury Police Department.
