Man arrested on multiple drugs charges in Dover

A Virginia man is in custody after police say he sold LSD to a law enforcement officer in Dover.

The Dover Police Department says on Saturday, around 2:40 PM, 23-year-old Andrew Arbieto, of Alexandria, VA, was arrested after her sold an undercover officer LSD and Psilocybin mushrooms at the Firefly Camping Grounds. 

According to the report, after Arbieto was taken into custody, he was found to be in possession of 30 doses of LSD, 32 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms, brass knuckles, and 9mm ammunition. He was charged with possession with intent to deliver lsd, delivery of lsd, possession with intent to deliver psilocybin mushrooms, delivery of psilocybin mushrooms, drug paraphernalia, possession of lsd (tier 1), possession of ammunition by person prohibited, and carrying a concealed dangerous instrument (brass knuckles).

Arbieto was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $12,500 cash bond.
