Drugs found during search at Del. apartment; two arrested

Two men were arrested after police say drugs were found during a search of a Dover apartment.

The Dover Police Department says on Wednesday, just before 1:00 PM, Delaware Probation and Parole officers conducted a search at an apartment in F Building at Pine Grove Apartments, on Webbs Lane. Police say they discovered 22.8 grams of crack cocaine, 107 bags of heroin, and nine grams of marijuana. 

According to the report, 29-year-old Darren Swiggett and 29-Michael Collier were arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and conspiracy 2nd degree.

Both Swiggett and Collier were turned over to the James T Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $82,002 secured bond.
