Bad line possibly caused massive power outage in Salisbury

According to Delmarva Power, last night's massive power outage may have been caused by a bad power line.

Around 10:50 p.m. Monday night, over 2,000 customers were without power in the Wicomico County area.

Officials say the cause for the outage is unknown, however crews quickly replaced a bad line.

Power was restored to some, if not all customers, within a 45 minute time span.
