A month long drug investigation leads to multiple arrests

A month long drug investigation has come to a close after the  Delaware State Police announced that they had made four arrests on Monday

The Sussex County Drug Unit responded to the 10900 block of Webb Farm Road after it was discovered that cocaine and heroin were being distributed from the residence.

Not long after, police used a search warrant to seize about 21 grams of crack cocaine, 5.2 grams of powder cocaine, 66 bags of heroin, over $3,000 in suspected drug proceeds, a loaded semi-automatic handgun and drug paraphernalia.

Police say that the main distributor, 48-year-old Jeffrey Allen as well as 47-year-old Patrick Rafferty, 45-year-old Eric Howard, and 58-year-old Kenneth Passwaters.

Two other people– a 50-year old man and 51-year old woman were also present and were issued a court summons.
The four arrested face multiple drug charges and were committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution.
