UPDATE: Suspect arrested in connection to Del. shooting

A man is in custody after police say he was wanted for his involvement in a Delaware shooting that happened last week. 

The Harrington Police Department says on Tuesday, they were assisted by the Seaford Police Department in arresting 19-year-old Ivory Brown, of Harrington. Police say Brown was wanted in connection to a Harrington shooting that happened on March 12, on Dorman Street in the area of Commerce Street.

According to the report, officers were informed that Brown was located in Chandler Heights Apartments, in Seaford. Authorities report that they went to the Brown's reported location and they were able to contact him over the telephone. Brown apparently surrendered to officers without incident. 

Brown was charged with four counts of reckless endangering in the first degree and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

he was then turned over to the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $40,000 secured bond.
