UPDATE: Burglary, theft suspects extradited to Del. after out-of-state arrest

A man and woman are in custody after troopers say they were arrested in connection with two January burglary and theft incidents that happened in Delaware. 

On Monday, Delaware State Police say 19-year-old Savanah Killingher and 47-year-old Joseph Robinette were taken into custody by the Caernarvon Police Department in Pennsylvania. Authorities report a search of their vehicle revealed an acetylene torch and multiple other burglary tools.Troopers say on Thursday, Killingher and Robinette were extradited back to Delaware.

According to the report, the two suspects were arrested for their involvement in two burglary and theft incidents at the following locations: Manship Chapel Church at 4912 Burnite Mill Road in Felton and Goose Creek Car Wash at 1708 E. Lebanon Road in Dover.

Killingher and Robinette were charged with burglary third degree, two counts of theft, two counts of criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and two counts of conspiracy.

The 19-year-old was turned over to the Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on a $20,300 secured bond.

The 47-year-old was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution also on a $20,300 secured bond.
