Medication stolen in Dover robbery; suspects sought

Police are searching for three suspects after officers say medication was stolen from a store's pharmacy, in Dover. 

The Dover Police Department says on Thursday, just before 1:50 AM, a robbery happened at Walgreens located at 1001 Forrest Avenue.

Police say two unknown male suspects went into the business and walked to the pharmacy. According to the report, the suspects then jumped the counter and demanded that the pharmacist open the medication safe. Officers say the suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of medication.

 A third suspect was reportedly present outside the store acting as a lookout.

Authorities give the following descriptions of the suspects:
Suspect 1: Man wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes
Suspect 2: Man wearing a red jacket with a black hooded sweatshirt underneath, blue jeans, and black shoes
Suspect 3: Man wearing a black and white jacket

This incident remains under investigation.
