Woman charged after allegedly urinating in man’s drink in Talbot Co.

A woman is facing charges after police say she assaulted a man and put urine in his drink, in Talbot County.

The Easton Police Department says on Tuesday, officers served a criminal summons on 49-year-old Angelica Faulkner, of Easton. Police say Faulkner was charged with two counts of assault second degree and one count of causing to ingest bodily fluids.

According to authorities, in May 2017, Faulkner was staying with 44-year-old Steven Hardesty, of Easton. Law enforcement reports that Hardesty claims that Faulkner poisoned him by putting "Visine" in his coffee and she urinated in his orange juice. Police say the victim also reported that the 49-year-old struck him in the face several times, which caused a black eye.

Hardesty states that he suffered stomach problems due to the poison, police say.

Faulkner was later released on her signature to the summons.
