Officials: Liberty St., Commerce St. project set for Feb. 20

Officials announce that a water and sewer construction project is set to begin in Centreville.

Queen Anne's County officials say the the Liberty Street and Commerce Street Infrastructure project will begin as the town plans to proceed with the painting of lines on Commerce and West Water Street, on Tuesday morning. Officials say this will begin the water and sewer construction project.

According to the town, two-way traffic on Commerce Street and West Water Streets will start late Tuesday night. Parking will not be allowed on Commerce Street or West Water Street except for four spaces located in front of 112,114, and 118 West Water Street.

Signage regarding traffic patterns are expected to be in place within town limits.
