A woman and two teens were arrested, after police say they had drugs in their possession during a traffic stop, in Dover.
The Dover Police Department says on Tuesday, around 1:40 PM, officers pulled over a vehicle, in the area of South Saulsbury Road and West North Street, after seeing the vehicle leave from an apartment, in the Brandywine Court Apartment complex.

He was released on a $23,000 unsecured bond. Clark was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal gang participation.
