A new look for Delmar Elementary

 In Wicomico County, one school is getting a much needed facelift.

Delmar Elementary School was built in 1978 and  serves students from both Maryland and Delaware. The school is outdated which is why come 2018  the school with kick off a 10 million dollar project.

The renovations will be broken down into six phases over the course of two years. Renovations will include a new HVAC system,  fire alarms, a sprinkler system, ceiling, and an elevator.

Pre-construction work will begin in late 2018  and phase one will begin in 2019.
