Salisbury Police Department participates in Cops on Rooftops for one unique organization

Several members of the Salisbury Police Department were standing on the roof of Chick-fil-A on Saturday, May 27th.

The event was called Cops On Rooftops.

The cops were able to reel in curious customers.

In the parking lot, they were selling t-shirts and hats for their upcoming Law Enforcement Torch Run.

This was all in an effort to raise money for Special Olympics.

The mission of the Law Enforcement Torch Run is to increase awareness for the Special Olympics movement.

The run starts in Baltimore and runs through Salisbury and takes place on June 5th.

Their main goal was to start collecting funds for this cause and to sell the shirts and hats.
