Dover man indicted on child pornography charges
A federal grand jury in Wilmington has indicted a Dover man on child pornography related charges, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.
Scott C. Foster, 37, is accused of using a Facebook account under a false name to harass, threaten and coerce underage girls into taking sexually explicit photos and sending them to him.
According to officials, the indictment states that Foster persuaded two girls in Maryland to produce and send pornographic images in August and September of last year. Foster also reportedly tried to persuade a third Maryland girl to do the same, but was unsuccessful in his attempt.
The Department of Justice says Assistant U.S. Attorney Graham L. Robinson of the District of Delaware is prosecuting the case.
