Local Salisbury entrepreneur showcases her universal tablet stand on the Eastern Shore

A local Salisbury inventor, Shelley Wetzel is showcasing her product around the Eastern Shore.

A former SU employee turned entrepreneur is launching her first product. It's called Jang*go.

The universal tablet stand is portable, durable, and versatile. You can use the stand in a suspended or flat version.

Jang*go comes in multiple colors and also comes with a stand, a mounting puck, and a mounting ring.

The inventor came up with the idea after she had no room in her kitchen and wanted to suspend her tablet.

Over the years she has worked with an industrial engineer to perfect the product.

Wetzel even won a $30,000 dollar prize from the Shore Hatchery Entrepreneurship Competition.

We're told she's hoping to work with other vendors on the Eastern Shore to showcase her product.

Wetzel says there is a website and an online store. She say the product will be at Chesapeake East for now in Salisbury. She is currently looking for other similar sort of gift stores in the Eastern Shore as well as kitchen stores to have them showcase it.

Jango*go recently received word that they have been invited to attend the international home and housework show in Chicago.
