UPDATE: School bomb threats reported in Wicomico Co. & Worcester Co.

47 ABC has confirmed that Wicomico High School was evacuated following a bomb threat received on Tuesday. 

Officials say the school safety staff are working with law enforcement, and  both students and staff are safe in place as the school is being searched.

According to academic officials, they are handling the matter with the safety of students and staff as the highest priority.

Details are limited at the moment, and 47 ABC will have the updates as soon as they are available.

According to the Public Information Officer of Wicomico County public schools, the Board of Education meeting that was scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. has been postponed. 

Authorities in Worcester County say that classes are to resume as scheduled for the remainder of the school day. 

This comes after Stephen Decatur High School, in Berlin , Snow Hill High School, in Snow Hill, and Stephen Decatur Middle School, also in Berlin, have confirmed they too, received a similar robotic bomb threat. 

Officials say, all three Worcester County schools have been cleared by law enforcement and students and staff are to resume academic activities.
