DSU prepares experiment for ISS

An experiment designed by a Delaware State University (“DSU”) student will fly on the International Space Station.

DSU officials say the university was accepted into the student space flight experiments program.

Students there will be asked to create experiments and write proposals that will then be entered into a two-stage flight experiment design competition.

In the first stage, DSU officials will pick three final proposals and then those ideas will be brought to a national review board where the winning proposal will be picked.

School officials tell 47 ABC, this is a great change for Delaware State Students — to get hands on experience.
