Weather Forecast

The hot and humid conditions continue into next week, with some areas on Delmarva under an Excessive Heat Watch through Monday. Temperatures drop into the mid-70s tonight and with a boundary to our north, there is a chance for scattered storms.

Sunday will be hot with highs in the mid-90s and skies will be sunny. A system creates a bubble of hot air over our region on Monday, making it a very hot day with temperatures in the mid to upper 90s and heat index values in the low 100s. Monday also has the chance for storms throughout the evening and overnight.

Tuesday has mostly sunny skies, temperatures in the low 90s, and there is a chance for overnight storms. The rain chances continue into Wednesday morning and it will still be hot with highs close to 90 degrees.  Thursday has plenty of sunshine with temperatures in the low 90s.

Temperatures stay in the low 90s on Friday and a system gives us extra clouds and a chance for rain for the second part of the day. As of now, Saturday is looking to have rain in the morning, partly cloudy skies, and highs will be in the upper 80s.

Have a good Sunday!
