- 3 packages (7 oz) spiral macaroni
- 2 carrots grated
- 1 onion diced fine
- 1 large green pepper diced fine
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 pint Kraft Mayo
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- Salt to taste
- Add any meat you like (cubed boneless ham is best)
Refrigerate for 24 hrs.
