Bexco Recalls Convertible Crib For Entrapment Hazards

47 ABC - Heads up for parents, a crib company has recalled one of their produces, because of entrapment hazards.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says Bexco has recalled their Franklin & Ben Mason 4-in-1 Crib, and advise customers to stop using the units immediately. Officials say the crib front can separate from the side panels, and create a gap that could allow a child to fall out, or get trapped between the panels.

The cribs were manufactured between January 2012 through August 2012, with serial numbers H004522, H004546, H004548 or H004777, and were sold from January 2012 until June 2014. There have reportedly been 14 reports of separating, but no injuries reported.

The cribs, which were sold in weathered gray and rustic brown, have solid wood sideboards and wood rails on the front and back of the crib, and converts to a daybed, toddler bed or full-sized bed, along with featuring a storage drawer at the bottom of the crib. T
