Salisbury PD Investigating Armed Robbery Of 7-Eleven

SALISBURY, Md. - Police in Salisbury are investigating the armed robbery of a local convenience store. Salisbury Police say on Thursday, around 12:15 AM, Officers responded to  reports of an armed robbery at the 7-Eleven on E. Main Street.

An investigation showed that the male suspect went into the store, pulled out a handgun, ordered the clerk to the cash register, and demanded money. Police say he also stole cigarettes before fleeing.

A K9 with the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office responded, and attempted to track the suspect. The suspect, seen here to the right, is described as a black male, 5' 8" tall, around 20-year-old, last seen wearing a black cloth over his face, a black jacket with a black hoodie underneath, a black hat with an orange brim, a glove on his left hand, and blue jeans, with black and white shoes.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Salisbury Police at 410-548-3165 or Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776.  Crime Solvers is offering an up to $1,000 reward for tips that lead to an arrest.
