HARRINGTON, Del. - A away from the normal fair commotion, there is an event that's brand new this year, the Amtrak Exhibit Train. From the outside it just looks like your ordinary train, but as soon as you step inside, be prepared to get lost into Amtrak history.

All aboard... The rolling museum train! "We created a train all done by employees and all worked on at our own facilities to take a train around the country and celebrate Amtrak." says Amtrak program manager, Fran Berk.

They made a special stop in Harrington, so fair-goers can hop on for a free, self-guided tour, starting with a walk through Amtrak's history.

Jamie Bethard, a fair-goer, enjoyed the experience, "It's a neat experience to see how Amtrak has changed since the 1970's, some of the outfits they were wearing."

To all the details on their current destinations, room models, and even plans for the future.

But probably the most fun, the interactivity! Learning the traffic signals, and making some noise. I asked fair-goer "what's been your favorite part?" They responded "Horns." "I liked to hear the different sounds."

Amtrak officials say they hope the museum will spark fair-goers romance for the rails, and so far, it may be working. One fair-goer told us "I plan on taking the train quite often again in the future."

Now unfortunately the train exhibit wrapped up on Sunday to head to another destination, but it seems like over the past 2 days, a lot of people were able to come through here and have as much fun as we did.
