Easton Woman Arrested After Reportedly Violation Protection Order Twice

Posted: Updated:

EASTON, Md. - Police say they arrested an Easton woman, after she went to a restricted address, twice.

Easton Police say on Tuesday, they received a call stating that 45-year-old Cheryl Ann Miller was in a Paper mill Street home, violating a protective order. According to the report, Miller was located inside and found to be intoxicated. She was arrested, and charged with violation of a protective order, before being released.

She was told not to return to the home, but apparently did anyway. Police were then called back, and arrested Miller again. She was charged, again, with the protective order violation, but this time was held on $15,000 bond at the Talbot County Detention Center. She is awaiting trial on both counts.
