Snow Hill Armed Robbery Suspect Wanted

SNOW HILL, Md. - Police are looking for a suspect, after he reportedly robbed a woman at gunpoint in Snow Hill.

The Worcester County Bureau of Investigations says on Wednesday morning just before 9:30 AM, they responded to S. Washington Street, along with the Snow Hill Police Department, for reports of an armed robbery. An investigation showed that the suspect approached the victim's vehicle, pulled out a handgun, and demanded money.

Police say once the suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash from the victim, and fled towards the Morgan's Run Development. The victim reportedly told Police that she heard the gun discharge as the suspect fled.

The suspect is described as a black male, in his late 20s, with no facial hair, and a smooth complexion. The suspect was reportedly last seen wearing dark sweatpants with a black t-shirt. Anyone with information about the suspect, or this incident is asked to contact 410-632-1111, or Lower Eastern Shore Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776. Crime Solvers is offering an up to $1,000 reward for tips that lead to an arrest.
