WORCESTER CO., Md. - A Berlin man died, after crashing into a tree on Tuesday morning.

Maryland State Police - Berlin Barrack says just before 5:30 AM, Troopers responded to westbound Route 90, near Ocean Parkway, for reports of a vehicle crash. Once on scene, Police say they found a single 1997 F-150 that had hit a tree.

According to the report, 31-year-old Christopher Doyle, the truck's only occupant, was still inside. Ocean Pines EMS pronounced Doyle dead at the scene. MSP accident reconstruction determined that Doyle was not wearing a seat belt, and suffered fatal injuries after hitting the tree.
