West OC Store Robbed In Broad Daylight

WEST OCEAN CITY, Md. - A store in West Ocean City was reportedly, robbed in broad daylight Thursday.  The Worcester County Sheriff's Office says it happened at the Cholula Authentic Mexican Store on Stephen Decatur Highway around 4pm.

According to police say 33-year-old Kenneth Larkin forced his way past a clerk, snatched a PNC money bag from behind the counter, then took off.

Amanda Knauff, who owns the Pet Threadz store next door told 47 ABC "we heard a big bang against the wall and my dad ran over there and then we saw this guy run past and my dad ran over there and she was crying. He fled with a pastel car and $11,000.

Larkin is described as standing about six feet tall and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, baggy jeans, a du-rag, and sunglasses on his head.
