Flash Flood Watches And Heavy Traffic Expected For Holiday

Posted: Updated:

47 ABC - Flash flood watches are in effect for our area, with heavy rain expected later tonight into tomorrow.

Already, fireworks displays have been postponed in Snow Hill, Ocean City and Ocean Pines. So is all this going to put a damper on your holiday plans? We hit the streets to find out.

"We were gonna cook out, I think we're gonna cook in," Kim Todd of Crisfield, Md. said.

"I'll be going to the beach tomorrow regardless of the weather. And I will be driving early and happy," James Butler of Salisbury, Md. said.

"I will probabaly head to the beach one of those days. If it rains, we'll just bring the party inside and just make it a movie night and make the best of it," Dee Copeland of Salisbury, Md. said.

"On the fifth, we're hoping to go see some fireworks in Snow Hill," Jean Wharton of Salisbury, Md. said.
