Bodenweiser's Attorney Accuses Alleged Victim Of Perjury

DELAWARE - A surprising twist in the Eric Bodenweiser child sex abuse scandal.

Bodenweiser's attorney Joe Hurley tells 47 ABC that he sent a letter to the Attorney General's office, asking that the alleged victim be arrested and charged with perjury.

Hurley says the accuser committed a felony when he admitted to lying about his association with Bodenweiser's brother.

We reached out to the AG's office to see how they will respond to this request, but we're still waiting to hear from them.
