One Victim Injured After Argument In Salisbury

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - Salisbury Police say one victim was injured after an argument behind the Giant food store.

Police Chief Barbara Duncan tells 47 ABC they are investigating a report of an individual with a stab-type injury to his arm. She says several people were drinking alcohol on the railroad tracks behind the property when a verbal argument broke out between two of the subjects. Chief Duncan says a victim began throwing some of the gravel rocks at the suspect, and the suspect struck the victim in the arm with some type of rock.

Chief Duncan says she expected the victim to be transported to PRMC, but he did not have any life-threatening injuries at the time of the investigation.

The individuals involved have not yet been identified, but 47 ABC will update you with that information if it becomes available.
