GEORGETOWN, Del. - In Georgetown, the case of an elderly Delaware woman allegedly carjacked by 5 teens and held captive in the trunk of her own car, only to be found in a cemetery days later, was set to be back in court Tuesday.

The victim, Margaret Smith, was supposed to take the stand this morning, but in a surprising turn, court was canceled. Sussex Correctional Institution never transferred Rondaiges Harper to the courthouse this morning.

He's the teenager on trial for allegedly playing a role in Smith's kidnapping. Here's what we know so far, the judge ordered SCI doctors to evaluate Harper's medical condition yesterday, after he suffered two seizures during testimonies. However, the evaluation was apparently never completed for reasons unknown.

As of 8:15 AM this morning, court was cancelled as a result. So Smith will have to wait for at least another day to give testimony.

Later, officials revealed that the trial will resume on Wednesday, after Harper's medical examination came back clear. He's charged with the kidnapping and carjacking of Margaret Smith last March.
