SALISBURY, Md. - A local library is hosting a speaking event with a best selling author, and his four legged best friend.

The Wicomico County Library says on Friday, June 20th at 6:00 PM, they will be holding a presentation by Luis Montalván, author of the New York Times best seller, Until Tuesday: A Wounded Warrior and the Golden Retriever Who Saved Him.

Captain Montalván was in the military for 17 years, during which he was awarded two Bronze Stars, the Purple Heart, the Army Commendation Medal for Valor and the Combat Action Badge.
