Two Arrested On Cocaine Charges In Dover

DOVER, Del. - Two people have been charged, after a large amount of cocaine was found during the search of a Dover residence.

Dover Police say with a search warrant, they search a home on Heritage Drive, where they arrested 35-year-old Eva Bailey, and 35-year-old Augustine Butcher. There were reportedly six children in the home at the time of the search. Police say they seized 74.4 grams of cocaine, 10 ecstasy pills, and 2 firearms.

Bailey and Butcher were both charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine - tier 5 quantity, conspiracy 2nd degree, possession with intent to deliver ecstasy, possession of drug paraphernalia, and 6 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Butler was additionally charged with 2 counts of possession of firearm by person prohibited, and 2 counts of possession of firearm during commission of felony.

Bailey was released on bond, while Butcher is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $228,000 bond.
