SMYRNA, Del. - A convicted murder in Delaware, will have to wait until Wednesday, to see if he has been granted or denied parole. This is the fifth time that Ransford Bryan has been up for parole, since being sentenced to life in prison for the 1987 murder of 18-year-old Douglas "Dougie" Brockway. Brockway's family has been adamant about keeping Bryan behind bars for his crime.

When Bryan was denied for parole in 2012, Brockway's family was relieved, but was upset to be facing the possibility of Bryan getting out, just two years later.

Ransford shot Brockway, three times in the back of the head, while squirrel hunting in Lewes. Brockway's family says Ransford then returned to their home, where he had been staying after his family kicked him out, and ordered a pizza. He reportedly told the family that Brockway had went into a car with some people, when Ransford had really left him in the woods to die.

47 ABC's Jemie Lee has been following this story, and was at the hearing this morning. She will have more, including statements from the family, tonight at 6 PM.
