The investigation reportedly showed that a delivery person put the wrong chemical into the wrong tank, mixing muriatic acid with chlorine acid. The building was evacuated, and the YMCA closed for the day.

Officials were able to clear to leak, and give the all clear for the building, but the YMCA will remain closed until Friday.
