BRIDGEVILLE, Del. - A traffic stop in Bridgeville, that lead Police to recover a drugs and a stolen gun, ended with two arrests.

Delaware State Police say on Tuesday evening, around 8:15 PM, a Trooper on patrol on Cloverdale Road, near Seashore Highway, noticed a gold Acura driving over the speed limit. The Trooper apparently pulled over the vehicle near Route 404, and spoke with the driver 22-year-old Sharnice Harris, of Federalsburg. Police say a computer check of Harris showed that her Maryland driver's license was suspended.

A second Trooper reportedly arrived on scene, and talked to the front seat passenger, 28-year-old Marc Muse, of Seaford, who was apparently holding Oxycodone pills in his hand. According to the report, all of the occupants, including Harris' two children, ages 3 and 4, got out of the vehicle, while Troopers searched it. Police say they found a fully loaded .38 caliber revolver in the glove box, more than $28,000 in cash of suspected drug sales from Harris' purse, and nine grams of individually packaged marijuana on Harris herself.

The gun was reportedly stolen on April 15th, 2014 from a vehicle in Seaford. Both Harris and Muse were arrested, and taken to Troop 5. Harris and Muse were both charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, receiving stolen firearm, conspiracy 2nd degree, possession of a controlled substance - Oxycodone without a prescription, possession of marijuana, and two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child under 18 during drug activity.

Harris was additionally charged with  driving without a valid license, two counts of child not properly restrained, and speeding. She is being held at Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on $23,254 bond, while Muse is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution on $43,500 bond. Harris' two children were turned over to relatives.
