DOVER, Del. - Two Kent County men were arrested on Tuesday, after Police reportedly found drugs inside of their vehicle.

Delaware State Police Troopers with the Governor's Task Force say just before 10:00 PM, they stopped a suspicious Ford Explorer in the parking lot of the Wendy's on South DuPont Highway in Dover. According to the report, Troopers had the driver, 46-year-old Wayne Mason, of Camden get out of the SUV, along with his passenger 23-year-old Keith Golden, of Dover. Police say they then noticed a bag of crack cocaine on the seat where Mason had been sitting.

Both men were detained, and a search of Golden reportedly revealed one bag of 2.5 grams of marijuana, and one bag with 1 gram of crack cocaine, 15 Endocet pill, and one Oxycodone pill, in his underwear.

Mason was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy 2nd degree, and released on $7,500 bail.

Golden was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, conspiracy second degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $16,000 bail.
