DOVER, Del. - Police have made an arrest, in connection with the early morning robbery of a woman in a bank parking lot.

Dover Police say they have arrested 23-year-old Lance Parker, after an investigation linked him to a robbery in the PNC Bank parking lot on Greentree Drive. According to the report, the Dover Police Department's Criminal Investigations Unit discovered Parker as their suspect, after tracing his Probation and Parole issued GPS monitoring unit to the area at the time of the robbery.

Police allege that on Saturday, around 5:30 AM, Parker, and an unknown accomplice approached a woman in the bank parking lot, who was making the night deposit for her employer, Shore Stop. The two suspects reportedly pulled out a handgun, demanded the deposit, and the victim handed it over.

Parker has been charged with robbery 1st degree, conspiracy 2nd degree, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $60,500 cash bond.

Police say the victim was not injured during the incident.
