UPDATE: Arrest Made In May 8th Seaford Shooting Incident

SEAFORD, Del. - Police say one person has been arrested, in connection with the reports of shots fired, earlier in May. Seaford Police say Detectives are still investigating a May 8th incident, where shots were reportedly fired in the area of Sussex Avenue and Stein Highway. Police say 28-year-old James Frasier, of Cambridge, was linked to a rental vehicle that was recovered by Officers the next day in Maryland.

On May 19th, Police say Frasier turned himself into Seaford Police, and was charged with 2 counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, conspiracy, and reckless endangering. He was arraigned, and given a $57,000 bond, which he posted, and was then released, pending a preliminary hearing at a later date.
