Milford Police Make Multiple Arrests After Drug Investigation

MILFORD, Del. - The Milford Police Department has completed a drug investigation after two and a half months.

According to reports, Milford Police Drugs and Narcotics Division along with the K-9 Division, Criminal Division and Patrol Division with the assistance of Dover Police Drug Unit, DEA agents, Kent County S.T.A.R team (Tactical Team), Georgetown Police Tactical Team, Felton Police, Smyrna Police, Laurel Police, Greenwood Police and Office of Dangerous Drugs and Narcotics, reportedly executed search warrants at residences located in the 8000 block of North  Old State Rd, Lincoln, the 300 block of West St, Milford, the 700 block of Truitt Ave ext, Milford, multiple motel rooms at the Travelers Inn Motel, Milford and on numerous vehicles.

Police say Marvin D. Spady, 43, Milford, Brian Tunnell, 43, of Milford, Christina Eddy 39, of Greenwood, Oscar Parker, 55, of Milford, Jennifer Sparacio 26, of Milford, Keith Duffy, 42, of Lincoln and Latasha Guinn, 24 of Lincoln were all arrested in connection with this investigation.

Police say Spady was charged with Drug Dealing in Crack Cocaine (6 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (6 counts), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (6 counts), and was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $120,500 cash bond. Tunnell was reportedly charged with Drug Dealing in Crack Cocaine (4 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $40,000 cash bond. Eddy was reportedly charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $3,500 cash bond. Parker was reportedly charged with Drug Dealing in Crack Cocaine (2 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (2 counts) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts) and was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $25,000 cash bond. Sparacio was reportedly charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (4 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (4 counts), Drug Dealing in Crack Cocaine (4 counts) and was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $45,500 cash bond. Duffy was reportedly charged with Drug Dealing Crack Cocaine, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $9,000 cash bond. Guinn was reportedly charged with Drug Dealing Crack Cocaine, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $9,000 cash bond.

Police say they recovered approximately ½ ounce of crack cocaine, marijuana, heroin and numerous drug paraphernalia items. Police reportedly also seized 5 vehicles and an excess of $8,500 in US currency.
