ACCOMACK CO., Va. - The first of a possible 62 trials for accused Accomack County arsonist, Tonya Bundick, has been scheduled for July.

Court Officials tell 47 ABC that first, there is an arraignment for Bundick, scheduled for Friday, May 16th, in Accomac. Then on July 14th, in Virginia Beach, the first of many jury trials, is on the books.

A motion to separate the trials was granted in late April. Tonya Bundick entered an Alford plea, meaning that she is not admitting guilt, but that there is enough evidence to convict her, in a Virginia Beach courtroom in January 2014, for one count arson and one conspiracy to commit arson.

Charles Smith, pleaded guilty to 68 counts of arson in October 2013, and is facing 584 years behind bars. A sentencing date for Smith has not been set.
