DELAWARE - A one-time correctional officer in Delaware, accused of having sexual relations with inmates, has pleaded guilty.
On Wednesday, in Sussex County Superior Court, former Delaware correctional officer, Christopher Peck, pleaded guilty to six counts of sexual relations in a detention facility and one county of official misconduct, for having sexual relations with female inmates at Sussex Correctional Institution last year.
Peck was arrested by Delaware State Police in November of 2013, and indicted in late January 2014. He is now facing anywhere from zero to 13 years in prison. Sentencing has been set for June 6th, 2014.
