DOVER, Del. - Police say they have made two arrests in connection to three robberies in Dover over the weekend. Dover Police say during their investigation into the three robberies, in a span of just 9 hours, they were able to recover a handwritten note from Jolly Joe's Liquors.

The Crime Scene Investigations Unit was apparently able to get a fingerprint off of that note, which lead Detectives to identify it as belonging to 26-year-old Cameron Gibbs. Police say they started investigating Gibb's criminal history, and noticed several incidents committed with his children's mother, 33-year-old Aliya Peterson.

According to the report, Peterson was brought in for questioning, and was wearing the same black puffy coat seen in surveillance photos of the robberies. Police say during the questioning, Peterson confessed to detectives that she was the suspect in the three robberies, and that Gibbs had written the note.

Gibbs was also reportedly brought in for questioning, and apparently admitted to writing the notes used in the robberies, and confessed to his involvement in a recent robbery of Mike's Market on South Governors Avenue. That case is being investigated by the Delaware State Police Troop 3.

Gibbs was charged with 1st degree robbery, 2 counts of attempted 1st degree robbery, and conspiracy 2nd degree. He is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $62,000 bond.

Peterson was charged with 1st degree robbery, 2 counts of attempted 1st degree robbery, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, 2 counts of wearing a disguise during the commission of a robbery, and conspiracy 2nd degree. She was ordered to be held at Baylor Correctional Center for Women on $90,000 bond.

Police say while Peterson was being escorted from the courthouse after arraignment, she threw herself onto the ground, refusing to comply with Officers, and had to be forcibly placed  into the back of a Police cruiser. According to the report, as a Dover Police Officer was transporting Peterson to BWCC, she kicked out the back window of the car, shattering the glass, and escaped.

Police say they were able to quickly apprehend her, and additionally charge her with criminal mischief and escape 3rd degree. She was issued an additional $5,000 bond. Peterson was then successfully transported to the Correctional Center.
