Crash In Rehoboth Sends Two Victims To Hospital

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - The Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company says a crash yesterday morning sent two victims to the hospital.

According to reports, at approximately 1:25 AM, the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Angola Road south of John J. Williams Highway. Upon arrival, one car was reportedly discovered with two occupants.

Officials say the patients were treated and packaged for transportation to the hospital by Rehoboth Beach Firefighters and EMTs.  Both patients were reportedly transported to the Beebe Medical Center by the Rehoboth Beach and Lewes Fire Company ambulances.

Officials say units remained on scene until the vehicle was removed.  Delaware State Police is reportedly  investigating the collision.
