Information Sought On Dover Construction Site Theft

DOVER, Del. - Police say they are investigating a burglary in Dover, that reportedly occurred at a home under construction.

Dover Police say the vacant home on North New Street, was broken into sometime between Wednesday April 18th, at 5:00 PM, and Wednesday, April 23rd. An investigation showed that the suspect forced their way in through a back door, and took several pieces of power tools and equipment.

Police say the homeowner found the damage and property theft on Wednesday, around 10:00 AM. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111, Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333, or through the Crime Stoppers website.
