SALISBURY, MARYLAND - SALISBURY, Md. - Three Salisbury residents were arrested on Wednesday, after Police reportedly found a loaded, stolen gun, and drugs in their car during a traffic stop.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says on April 16th, around 11:45 PM, a Deputy stopped a vehicle on Delaware Avenue at Salisbury Parkway, in Salisbury, for an equipment violation. According to the report, the Deputy smelled marijuana inside the vehicle, and searched it, apparently finding a small amount of marijuana, a baggie containing crack cocaine, and a loaded semi-automatic handgun with a round in the chamber. Police say there were hollow point bullets loaded in the pistol.

An investigation reportedly showed that the handgun was stolen through the State of Delaware.

All three occupants of the vehicle, 22-year-old Ryan Cannon, 20-year-old Anthony Hardy Jr., and 17-year-old Evan Byrd, were arrested, and charged with possession of CDS, handgun in vehicle, and theft. Byrd was apparently charged as an adult. Police say during processing, they found marijuana flakes on the sweatshirt Hardy was wearing.

They were all held on bond, Hardy on $150,000 bond, Cannon on $75,000 bond, and Byrd on $50,000 bond.
